It is with fond remembrance and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Loretta M. Clough, born on May 23, 1943, in Montague, Massachusetts. The sunset on her life journey on May 28, 2024, leaves a radiant legacy that will continue to glow in the hearts of all who knew her. Loretta was a remarkable woman, a beacon of warmth, kindness, and unconditional love.

Loretta, a loving homemaker, dedicated her life to the care and nurturing of her family. After her husband Dana's passing, she carried their love story in her heart, spreading the warmth of their union to all around her. Her children, Cindy Martin, Brian Clough, and Edwin Clough, and her grandchildren Nichol Martin, Peter Clough, and Philip Clough; seven great-grandchildren, brothers Roger and Leo VanRensselaer, and sister Nancy Emery; and many nieces and nephews.

Loretta was preceded in death by her parents, John VanRensselaer and Laura Bourbeau, and her beloved husband Dana Clough, whose memories she held dear.

Loretta's calling hours will be on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm in the Mack Family Funeral Home, 105 Central Street, Gardner, Massachusetts, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 pm in the funeral home.

A burial will be held on June 15, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Wildwood Cemetery, Gardner, Massachusetts.
