Loretta M. Roach

ATHOL - Loretta M. (Ducharme) Roach, 73, of 91 S. Athol Rd., Athol, died Tuesday, March 24, 2009 in the Quabbin Valley Healthcare, Athol. She was born in Gardner, on July 2, 1935, the daughter of the late Henry and the late Almanda (Goguen) Ducharme. Mrs. Roach grew up in Gardner and was educated in Gardner. She has been a resident of Athol since 1954. She was a homemaker for most of her life, but worked briefly in the early 1970's as an Assembler for the former Cass Toy Company in Athol. She is considered by her family to be a very loving woman, who loved her grandchildren more than anything in the world. She leaves three sons, Albert P. Roach, Jr. of Ohio, John M. Roach of Claremore, Oklahoma, Alan F. Roach of Leominster; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert P. Roach, Sr. who died September 2003, and by her son, Edward P. Roach who died August 31, 2007. Funeral services and burial in Highland Cemetery will be private. $(document).ready(function(){ });
