Loriston L Barnes

ATHOL- Loriston L. Barnes, Jr., 89, went to be with the Lord on February 2, 2021 with his loving wife Rita and hospice nurse beside him. He had five sons, Michael, Dennis, Ricky, Timothy, Gregory; and one daughter Lori, who has passed. He was a very active (past) Masons member, grand master. He had 31 total grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting, skeet, music, playing piano, art class and going to close friend's camp. He belonged to Erving Evangelical Church. The family would like to thank all the hospice nurses and caregivers for their loving care. If you wish, you may donate to any charity of your choice. At Loriston's request no services are planned. Higgins O'Connor Funeral Home, 146 Main Street, Athol is assisting the family with arrangements.
