Marcy M. Litchfield

ATHOL – Marcy M. Litchfield, 47 of Athol passed away Friday, May 14, 2021 at Athol Hospital. Marcy was born on December 8, 1973 in Athol to Mark Litchfield and Kathleen (Murphy) Praplaski. She grew up in Athol and Phillipston. She graduated from Narragansett Regional High School with the Class of 1991. Marcy resided on Cape Cod for several years. She was a caregiver for many years. Marcy is survived by her son: Reece Smith of W. Yarmouth, her father and step-mother: Mark and Julie Litchfield of Athol, her mother and step-father: Kathy and Stan Praplaski of Phillipston; two brothers: Jon Litchfield and his wife Amy of NC, Matthew Praplaski and his wife Colleen of Templeton; her fiancé Eric Sawin of Athol; her grandmother: Nancy “Nanny” Murphy; one nephew: Jameson Praplaski of Templeton; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Rd., Orange. A calling hour will be held from 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
