EAST TEMPLETON - Marian (Kulczyk) Godin, 72 of 14 Cottage Lane, E. Templeton, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Leominster Hospital.
She was born in East Templeton, on May 10, 1947, and is the daughter of the late Adolph and the late Esther (Bjorson) Kulczyk.
Marian was a life-long resident of East Templeton, graduating from Narragansett Regional High School with the Class of 1965.
She was well known for the catering businesses that she ran with her husband. They catered many local events in the area for over 35 years. Marian also waitressed at Jeanne’s Lunch in Templeton and T-Paul’s Restaurant in South Gardner.
Marian was a member of Holy Cross Church. Some of her favorite things to do included gardening, bird watching, entertaining others in her home, and spending time with her family and friends; whom she loved dearly. She enjoyed traveling to Colorado to spend time with her daughter and grandchild.
Marian leaves her husband of 51 years, Philip A. Godin; one daughter, Aimee Godin of Denver, CO and her daughter, Kira Godin-French; one son, Erick Godin and his wife Sara of Worcester; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, February 17, 2020 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Mack Family Funeral Home, 105 Central St., Gardner. A memorial mass will be held in the Spring at Holy Cross Church.
