Marie Lucille Proulx

LEOMINSTER - Marie Lucille (Girouard) Proulx, 89 of 21 Argentine St Leominster died Tuesday January 11, 2011 in Health Alliance Leominster Hospital after an illness. She leaves her husband of (64)Years, Andre J. Proulx, her brother George Girouard of Moncton New Brunswick Canada, and her two sisters, Rose May Carroll and her husband James and Edwidge Jack both of Butouche New Brunswick Canada and several nephews and nieces. Mrs. Proulx grew up in Canada and came to the United States settling in Leominster in 1959. She was employed for (15) Years, at the former Margolian Manufacturing Company in Fitchburg. She was a communicant of Holy Family of the Nazareth Church in Leominster and enjoyed working outdoors and sewing. The funeral will be held on Tuesday January 18, 2011 from Simard Funeral Home 14 Walker St Leominster with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in Holy Family of the Nazareth Church, 750 Union St. Leominster. Burial will follow in St Cecilia's Cemetery Leominster. Calling Hours in the funeral home are Monday evening January 17, 2011 from 5pm - 8pm. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory can be made to the Holy Family of the Nazareth Church Building Fund 750 Union St., Leominster, MA.01453 and may be left at the funeral home.
