TEMPLETON - Mark David Erickson, 64 of Templeton, died Sunday, November 3, 2019 at home after a brief illness. He was born in Gardner, on August 5, 1955, the son of the late Roger E. Erickson and Phyllis E. (Merriam) Erickson. Mark grew up in Templeton and graduated from Narragansett Regional High School with the Class of 1973. He was employed at McKesson Medical Supply Company in Northboro for over 10 years. Mark enjoyed Facebook, playing darts, riding his bike, kayaking, cornhole tournaments, watching all of the New England sports teams and spending time with his children. He leaves two sons: Marcus Erickson of Nashua, NH, Ryan Erickson of Gardner; his mother: Phyllis Erickson of Baldwinville; one sister: Sally Erickson of Baldwinville; two grandchildren: Cayden and Trevor; one nephew: Brian Duda of Madison, Alabama; one niece: Stephanie Palma of Phillipston; and two great nieces. Private burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Baldwinville. There are no calling hours. A celebration of Mark's life will be held Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Kamaloht, 1 N. Main St., Templeton, MA. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Mark's memory to Ahimsa Haven Animal Rescue, 381 Baldwinville Road, Templeton, MA 01468 or to Memorial Congregational Church, P.O. box 100, Baldwinville, MA 01436.
