PORTLAND MAINE---Mark Karl Voedisch 54 of Portland Maine formally of Leominster died January 18, 2012 at home in Portland Maine after an illness.
He was born October 11, 1958 in Leominster MA the son of the late William C. Voedisch Jr and Patricia (Lucier) Voedisch.
He leaves his two daughters, Andrea Voedisch and Victoria Devlin both of Springfield MA, two brothers, Robert W. Voedisch and Eric Voedisch and his wife Laurie both of Leominster and his sister Heidi Voedisch and her husband Gerald of West Boylston MA. four grandchildren, Andre Dupont, Zachary Dupont, Kyle Rameau and Juliano Carrillo. His nephews and nieces, Jessica Chilamunah,Nicholas Voedisch, Angela Voedisch, Hope Voedisch, Jillian Hildbrand and Joseph Fornier.
Mark Graduated from Leominster High School Class of 73, and graduated from Andover College with an Associates Degree in Applied Science. He worked in the construction field for McNiff , was an Electrician at the Sheraton Hotel later working with the elderly and hotel services in Maine. He was a member of St Marks Episcopal Church in Leominster; he enjoyed working on engines, and spending time with his family and friends.
He was United States Coast Guard Veteran serving as a Machinery Mate 1st Class from 1977-1988.
A funeral service for Mark will be held on Wednesday January 25, 2012 in Winchendon Veterans Memorial Cemetery 111 Glen Allen St Winchendon MA at 2pm.
