Michael Carolis Jr., 68, of Leominster died Wednesday February 28, 2007 at Sunbridge-Spring Valley Nursing Home.,Worcester, Massachusetts. Mr. Carolis was born on May 28, 1939. He leaves his mother Phyllis Carolis of Leominster; and three siblings' Domenic Carolis and Norman Carolis both of Leominster and Carol Miller from California and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Michael Carolis Sr. who died in 1994. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Thursday, March 22, 2007, at 6 p.m. in the M. A.
