Noel Jennifer Gale

GARDNER - Noel Jennifer (Catto) Gale, 75, of Gardner died peacefully at home on Saturday, April 29, 2023.

She was born May 23, 1947, in Quincy, MA, and was the daughter of the late Alexander M Catto and Marjorie L (Boudreau) Catto. She grew up in Quincy and graduated from Quincy High School, Class of 1965. Noel was a member of the First Congregational Church in Gardner where she was an active volunteer. She was the Treasurer for the Northville Beach Civic Association in Riverhead, NY where she and her husband had a home. She enjoyed her time on Long Island, as well as bowling, gardening, reading, gathering with friends, traveling, and spending time with family, especially her three grandsons.

She leaves her husband of 54 years, David Gale; one daughter, Stephanie Curtis, and her husband, Craig of Westminster; one son, Jim Gale of Gardner; one brother, Stephen M Catto, of Plymouth, MA; and three grandsons, James Curtis, Ty Curtis and Chase Curtis of Westminster.

Calling hours will be held Saturday, May 20 from 10-12 in the Mack Family Funeral Homes, 105 Central St, Gardner. Burial will be held on Long Island at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Noel's memory to Gardner CAC, 294 Pleasant St #2929, Gardner, MA 01440.
