Pamela Joyce Fox

Pamela Joyce (Nichols) Fox, 71, passed away Thursday May 13, 2021 at her home peacefully with her loving family at her side. She leaves her husband of 53 years, Embert (Steve) Fox; they were married on December 9, 1967. She also leaves one son, Steven Fox and his wife Charlene of Winchendon; a daughter, Rhonda Fox MacAllister and her husband Carl MacAllister of Hubbardston; Eight grandchildren, Samantha Clukey and her husband Shawn of Petersham, Matthew Price of Hubbardston, Steven Fox and his girlfriend Krista Croteau of Templeton, Peyton MacAllister of Hubbardson, Ashely Fox of Fitchburg, Tim Fox of Fitchburg, Nick MacAllister and his wife Kate of Winchendon and Brendan MacAllister and his girlfriend Anna Pisani of Beverly; 12 great-grandchildren, Levi, Kayleigh and Morganne Clukey, Carter, Aubrey and Amelia MacAllister, Tyler, Jackson, Kamryn, Bellah, Serenity and Makenna Fox; one sister, Penny Charette and her husband Gordon of Templeton; many very loved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A very special loved one Gianna Charette. She was predeceased by a sister, Deb Nichols, her father-in-law Charles Fox, mother-in-law Dorothy Fox, a sister-in-law, Judy Rodenizer and a brother-in-law Charles Fox. Pamela was born in Gardner on August 11, 1949 a daughter of the late Kenneth and Hope (Dora) Nichols. She attended Gardner Schools and MWCC. She was a member of the paper union for 40+ years. She worked at Mead Containers/NEWW, owed The Country Store in Gardner, worked as a Certified Color Mixer at Vogue Wallpaper and retired from Garlock Printing. She enjoyed line dancing, the ocean, cooking, shopping and most especially loved spending time with her family. A graveside service will take place at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 111 Glenallen Street, Winchendon, MA 01475 on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 4-7 p.m. in the Mack Family Funeral Home, 105 Central Street, Gardner, MA 01440. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her name to the Simonds-Simon Regional Cancer Center, 275 Nichols Road, Fitchburg, MA 01420.
