Patricia Viola Elwell

ATHOL - Patricia Viola Elwell, age 77, of Athol died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born April 7, 1938 in Cambridge, MA, the daughter of the late John and the late Myrtle (Foster) Panczyk. Patricia was a resident of Athol for over 40 years. She was a hard worker who was always on the go, she loved her cats, flowers and her bird. She was employed at Temple Stewart for many years. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Clarence E. Elwell; one daughter, Charlene Smialek of Athol three sons, Paul Elwell of Athol, Clarence E. Elwell, Jr. of Florida, Robert Elwell of Florida; one brother, John Panczyk of Florida; three grandchildren; Melissa Desreuisseau, Michelle Elwell, Christina St. Hilaire and many great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held 11:30 am on Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Barre, MA. A calling time will be held Wednesday, August 26, 2015 from 10 – 10:30 a.m. at the Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home 110 New Athol Road, Orange.
