Pauline B. (Porier) O'Malley

LEOMINSTER - Pauline B. (Poirier) O'Malley, 85 of 201 Elm Street, Leominster, died Thursday, November 29, 2012 at home. She was born in Leominster, on May 6, 1927, the daughter of the late Joseph and the late Alma B. (Ethier) Poirier. She grew up in Leominster attended St. Cecilia's Elementary School and graduated from Leominster High School. She enjoyed living in different parts of the world with her husband and family as they followed his military career and came back to settle in Leominster.  She leaves two sons, Danny O’Malley and his wife Denise of Leominster, Tommy O’Malley of Ashby, MA; a brother Joseph “Skip” Poirier of Leominster; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Edgar J. O’Malley who died in 1996; by a brother, Lawrence J. Poirier and by a sister Elaine Mills. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, December 1, 2012 at 10:00 am in St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic Street, Leominster.  Burial will follow in St. Cecilia's Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
