Priscilla "Penny" A. Smith

MAYNARD - Priscilla A. "Penny" (Posk) Smith, 74, of 89 Summer St., Maynard, died Sunday, September 7, 2008 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She was born in Athol on March 21, 1934, the daughter of the late Frank and Monica (Hendricks) Posk. She grew up in Athol and graduated from Athol High School. She has lived in Maynard and worked at the former Digital Equipment Corporation for over 30 years. She enjoyed reading in her spare time. She leaves her daughter, Monica Baker and her husband Lawrence of Templeton; her brother, Frank J. Posk and his wife Marjorie of Athol; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Robert Posk of Acton. At her request there are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
