Rita R. Fogg

Rita R. Fogg, age 94, of Athol died Thursday, June 26, 2014 at home in Athol.  Mrs. Fogg was born August 23, 1919 in S. Royalston, MA. She is the daughter of the late Antonio and the late Maria (Rainaldi) Flematti.  She married Guy R.Fogg.   She attended Athol schools and graduated from Athol High School.  She worked at L.S. Starrett Co., Athol as an Assembler and Clerical worker for 36 years, retiring in 1981.  She was a member of the L.S. Starrett Co. 25 Year Club. Rita enjoyed golfing, theaters, music, bicycle riding, cross country skiing and traveling and walking her dog. She is survived by; one sister: Rosetta Joly of Athol, MA; a niece, Rebecca “Miller” Chandler and her dog Cassie of Orange, MA. and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her Sisters, Theresa Burgess, Mary Richard, Anna Rousseau, and Bruna Bowers and Brothers, Nicholas Flematti and Johny Flematti The funeral will be held at 6:00 pm on Monday, June 30 at Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Road, Orange, MA. Calling hours will be Monday, June 30 from 5 to 6 p.m. at Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Road, Orange, MA.
