Robert Harry Britt

ATHOL – Robert Harry Britt, 78, of Athol passed away Thursday, May 10, 2018 in Quabbin Valley Health Care, Athol. Robert was born in Athol on Decemeber 5, 1939, the son of the late Harry E. Britt and the late Marceline M. (Venette) Britt. He grew up in Athol and attended Athol schools. Robert worked in building maintenance at the former J. F. MacElwen Shoe Company for many years. He was an active volunteer at the Athol Senior Center and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by several cousins. A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in Highland Cemetery, Hillside Terrace, Athol.
