Roger J. Aube

Gardner - Roger J Aube, 90, of Gardner died Saturday, May 16 at U Mass Medical Center, Worcester Roger was born in Gardner, the son of Jules Aube and Loretta (Malo) Hubbard. He was a self-employed carpenter until he retired in 1981. He was an avid sportsman and was a member of the Gardner Elks and Deer Club along with the Otter River Sportsman Club. Roger is survived by three sons, Donald Aube and wife Elaine of Leominster, Alan Aube of Gardner, Brian Aube and wife Jennifer of Gardner. His five daughters Christine Rameau and husband Norman of Gardner, Carole Martin and fiancé Bill Sylvester of Westminster, Janice Hauter of Boerne, TX, Ann Marie Allain and husband David of Leominster, Nancy Aveni and husband James of Westminster. A brother, Leo Aube and wife Rosemary of Gardner along with 19 grandchildren and 12 great grand-children. He was predeceased by two brothers, Paul Aube and Robert Aube of Gardner along with one sister Juliette Denmark of Florida. A memorial Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Church in Gardner at a future date. Funeral Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Gardner Visiting Nurses or Montachusett Home Care of Leominster.
