Rosemarie (Drouin) (LeBlanc) Matson

PHILLIPSTON – Rosemarie Matson, 67 of Phillipston, MA passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 after a sudden illness at Heywood Hospital in Gardner. Rose was born in Winchendon, MA on July 22, 1950, the daughter of the late Remi and the late Irene (DeBois) Drouin. She proudly served her country during the Vietnam War with the United States Navy. After returning from the military, Rose worked at Simplex Time Recorder. An avid entrepreneur, she started a business with her first husband Raymond LeBlanc (Fingers), Rosemond Industries and operated for 17 years. She loved her dog Solomon, a Golden Retriever and his stray dog friend Butch whom she adopted. She enjoyed visiting the coast of Maine, eating out with friends and family.
