Rosemary (Cassella) Dyer

Rosemary Dyer St. Petersburg, Florida Rosemary (Cassella) Dyer, 80, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.      Marie was born in Athol, Massachusetts July 5, 1932 the daughter of Anthony and Rose (Marselli) Cassella.  She grew up in Athol graduating from Athol High School in 1950.  She lived in Athol for many years and for the past 30 years has resided in Florida.      Marie worked as a telephone operator for the former New England Telephone Company for many years and prior to her retirement worked for the Home Shopping Network.  She enjoyed playing cards, dancing and spending time with family.      She leaves her sister, Angelina Cook and her husband Calvin of Athol and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by three brothers, John, Tony and Francis Cassella.      A calling hour will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at Higgins-O’Connor Funeral Home, 146 Main Street, Athol with graveside service following at 11:00 A.M. at Gethsemane Cemetery with the Rev.
