GARDNER - Sandra L. Gilbert, 67, of Gardner, died peacefully Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at the Golden Living Center in Fitchburg. Sandra was born in Clinton on December 17, 1943, the daughter of the late Raymond and the late Gladys (Smith) Guinard. She was a longtime resident of Leominster and Fitchburg and resided in Gardner for the past eight years. She was a member of the Bread of Life Assembly of God Church in Westminster. She was a fan of the Red Sox and the Patriots. Sandra enjoyed walking and listening to Elvis Presley. She liked watching TV and never missed an episode of Bonanza. She was known for her meatballs and turkey stuffing. Sandra was an avid poetry enthusiast and a Mount Wachusett Community College educated poetry writer. She leaves two daughters, Robbin Richards and son-in-law Robert Richards of Templeton, Kimberly Gibb and family of Canada; one granddaughter, Devon Pallotta and her husband James of Baldwinville; one grandson, Robert Gilbert and his wife Jenelyn of Gardner; a great granddaughter, Angelyna Pallotta of Baldwinville. She also leaves five sisters, Susan Livingston, Joanne Guinard, Miriam Guinard all of NC, Patricia Poole of Fitchburg, Tina Guinard of Hawaii; also many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bread of Life Assembly of God, 22 State Road East, Westminster. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
