Scott R. Coombs

PETERSHAM - Scott R. Coombs, 54, of 283 Hardwick Rd., Petersham, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at home. He was born in Holden on September 29, 1954, the son of Richard P. and the late Beverly J. (White) Coombs. He grew up in Petersham and graduated from the Ralph C. Mahar High School in Orange. He resided in Worcester for many years and worked as a clerk for convenience stores in the area. He returned to Petersham seven years ago and has worked as a cook for the Sisters of the Assumption for four years. He leaves his father, Richard P. Coombs of Athol; his brother, Todd Coombs and his wife Laurie of Petersham; his sister, Debra Stone of Montague, and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services at East Street Cemetery in Petersham will be held at the convenience of the family. $(document).ready(function(){ });
