Scott D. Rocci, born in Stoneham, MA on the 25th of February, 1962, lived a life full of compassion, generosity, and humble love. Marked by his steadfast dedication to his family, Scott was a beacon of strength and kindness. A man of many passions, he found joy in simple pleasures: spending time with his beloved family, casting a line during a quiet afternoon of fishing, cheering on his favorite football team, tending to his garden, and basking in the warm embrace of the sun.
Scott served his country from 1981 to 1984 as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army, earning accolades including the Rifle M16 (Sharpshooter), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon. His dedication to service continued in his career as a machinist, where he spent 26 years working for the L.S Starrett Company. Despite his achievements, Scott remained a humble and unassuming man, always putting the needs of others before his own.
Scott is lovingly remembered by his sons, Derek Rocci; Chad Schouler, and his daughter, Carissa Roberts (NH); his father, Richard Rocci (MA); his sister, Debra Wilson (RI) and his brothers, Matthew Nichols and Richard Nichols of Athol; and He is preceded in death by his mother, Carol Nichols, his brothers, Glenn Rocci and Michael Nichols and his sister, Hollie Rocci.
