Scott VonDeck

ASHBURNHAM- Scott VonDeck, 53, of Ashburnham, died Wednesday evening, October 13, in his home, after an illness. He was born July 7, 1963, in Fitchburg son of Joseph and the late Evelyn (Strachan) VonDeck. Scott grew up in Ashburnham and graduated from Oakmont High School in 1981. He was a woodworker for Heritage Woodworkers for over 30 years. Scott will be remembered as good hearted and always willing to help others. He was loved by all who knew him. Besides his father, Joseph VonDeck of Ashburnham, he leaves his brother, Philip VonDeck of Ashburnham; and his wife Darlene. Calling hours will be held Thursday, October 20, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. in Lamoureux-Fletcher & Smith Funeral Home, 105 Central St., Gardner. The burial will be private.
