Shane Adam LeBlanc

PHILLIPSTON - Shane Adam LeBlanc, 29, died unexpectedly on November 10, 2012. Shane was born on July 21, 1983 in Gardner, MA.  He was the son of Neil LeBlanc and Kathy (O'Kane) Frazier. Shane grew up in Orange, MA until the age of 7 when he moved to Athol.  Over the years, he resided in many places including with both of his older sisters and their families in the Athol/Orange area.  He attended Orange and Athol public schools, and received his GED and attended classes at Greenfield Community College. Shane's artistic abilities and his love for Arts and Music fulfilled his passion in life.  Whether writing poetry or lyrics, drawing portraits or tattooing his work, he was so very talented.  His son takes after his dad and has his artistic abilities.  Shane also enjoyed teaching his nieces how to draw.   Shane also held a special place in his heart for pitbulls.  He rescued abused dogs and had several of them throughout his lifetime that became part of his family including Piggy and Karma.  Shane's biggest passion in life was for his family.  His lifes mission was to be loved!  His two children meant the world to him. Shane previously worked for the Kirby Company of Leominster, MA and received recognition for his sales performance and was awarded a trip to Las Vegas, which he would never forget. Shanes leaves a son, Isaiah Adam Buckner and his mother Renee "Nicky" Buckner, and a daughter Kaydence Jade LeBlanc and her mother Crystal LeBlanc all of Athol.  His parents, Neil LeBlanc of Swanville, ME, Kurt & Kathy (O'Kane) Frazier of Charlestown, NH, and Maternal Grandmother Leona Berger of East Alstead, NH.  He also leaves sisters, Alicia LeBlanc Litchfield and her husband Shawn of Athol, MA and Cheryl LeBlanc Ledoux and her husband Benjamin of Phillipston, MA.  He leaves a brother Travis LeBlanc and his fiance Brandee Campbell of Athol, MA, and a step brother Chris Frazier and his wife Sarah of Concord, NH.  He leaves several nieces and nephews who absolutely adored him, Taziana LeBlanc Litchfield, Amberly Ledoux, Delaney Ledoux, Charlie Ledoux, Roslynn LeBlanc, Nicholas LeBlanc, Emilie Parsons, Travis Ryan LeBlanc Jr. "TJ", and Lyndzee LeBlanc.  In addition, he leaves many many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. He was predeceased by grandparents Oscar & Corinne (Landry) LeBlanc, Bernard Berger, Henry O'Kane, and Great-Grandparent, Alexina "Memier" Landry. Services for Shane will be held at the Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Road, Orange.  Calling hours are 5-8pm on Monday November 19, and a Memorial Service at 10 am on Tuesday November 20th with a burial in Tully Cemetery, North Orange, MA immediately following. A benefit for Shane's children will be held in the nearby future.  A trust fund is also being set-up and details will be released as soon as we have them.
