Sharrie L. (Bowers) Marion, 75, died June 27, 2023, at Alliance at Baldwinville.
She was the wife of the late Paul E. Marion.
Sharrie leaves three daughters, Tammy Soucy, Carol Marion, and Caity Moriarty all of Orange, one son, Randy Marion and his companion Amanda Coutu of Athol; eleven grandchildren, Amber Marion, Aubrey Spooner, Adryan Jones, Brandon Myers, Michelle Myers, Victoria Marion, Nicole Marion, Katelyn Marion, Nayeli Marion, Noelyn Marion, and Donavin Marion; many great-grandchildren; one brother, Dwayne Bowers of Turners Falls, two sisters, Laurie Bronson of Alabama, and Debbie Smith of Texas , and many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by a brother Lon Bowers.
Sharrie was born in Winchendon, on October 19, 1947, a daughter of the late Jake and Barbara (Stowell) Bowers. She worked as a CNA for many years.
She loved shopping, the color purple, going to Maine, and the ocean in general. She loved lighthouses of all kinds, but Nubble lighthouse in York, Maine was her absolute favorite place to visit. She also loved country music, Elvis, and going out with her friends.
Please wear something purple in honor of Sharrie.
A prayer service will be held on Friday, July 14, 2023, in the Fiske- Murphy & Mack Funeral Home, 110 New Athol Road, Orange, MA 01364 at 3:00 pm.
A celebration of life potluck will be held at the Franco-American Club, 592 South St, Athol, MA 01331 immediately following at 4:30 pm to 7:30pm. All friends and family are welcome to attend.
