GARDNER – Stanley Bujnicki, Jr. formerly of Jackson Park, Gardner, MA and Queen Lake, Phillipston, MA entered into eternal rest on July 18, 2014 with is family by his side. He leaves his wife of 65 years, Margaret (Blood) Bujnicki, two daughters:  Eleanor Hagwood, wife of Clifford Hagwood, and Patricia Bujnicki Peck, wife of Steven Peck.  He also leaves two grandchildren, James Stanley Larrabee and Lauren Hagwood Stinnett; nieces; nephews; cousins and great grandchildren. Stanley was born to the late Stanley and Edith (Hieta) Bujnicki.  He was also predeceased by his sister Pola Bujnicki. Stanley graduated from Gardner High School in 1944 where he was active on the swim team and a member of the band. He then entered the Navy on 1944, serving as an aviation electronic’s technician mate, third class. Stanley graduated from Brown University, Magna Cum Laude in 1951.  After graduating from Brown with a degree in Engineering he worked for Bell Laboratories in Morristown, New Jersey. Upon the death of his father in 1952, Stanley returned to Gardner to become the President of Stanley’s Oldsmobile located on City Hall Avenue in Gardner. Over the decades Stanley expanded his company to include an auto body repair shop and gas station.  He eventually acquired SAAB, Subaru and Chevrolet dealerships and several used car lots located on West Broadway in Gardner.  H was a proud member of MSADA, an organization for Massachusetts’ auto dealers.  Locally, he was an active member of the VFW and American Legion. Stanley had a great fondness for his Honda Goldwing motorcycle and any physical activity.  He could be seen riding his bicycle or running around the Gardner Area.  He also enjoyed his time at Queen Lake, whether it be ice fishing and ice hockey in the winter or boating and windsurfing in the summer.  He always looked forward to visiting his relatives in Finland.  He was a very generous and kind man.  He had a wonderful passion for life.  He will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and acquaintances. There are no calling hours.  A service will be held at the John H. Mack Funeral Home, 91 Vernon St., Gardner, Ma on Wednesday, July 23rd at 11:00 a.m.  Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Stanley's memory to the Montachusett Veterans Outreach Center, 268 Central St., Gardner, MA  01440. John H.
