Stefanie Lee Young

Gardner-Stefanie L. Young 33 passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, MA.

Stefanie was born on May 9, 1990 in Springfield a daughter of Sylvia Gallagher and Richard Young.

Stefanie resided in Athol, Leominster and Gardner. She especially loved her home in Gardner. She enjoyed advocating for her housemates and doing fun things; shopping, having her nails and hair done, dining out, coffee, parties or gatherings, arts and crafts and watching a good show.

She received exceptional services from Life Skills residentially and Day Hab. Thank you! for the care and support Stefanie received . Stefanie blossomed into a happy person while under your care.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Stefanie's name to Life Skills, 44 Morris Street, Webster, MA 01570.

Calling hours for Stefanie will be held on Thursday, December 28, 2023 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the Mack Funeral Home, 105 Central Street, Gardner, MA 01440.
