Stella Noyes

Stella Lipiec Noyes, a woman whose name is synonymous with warmth, compassion, and a sprinkle of wit, was born on the 17th of March, 1927, in Wolka, Poland. A woman of generosity and love, she has left us physically, but her spirit will continue to dwell in our hearts. She was the embodiment of the phrase, "Home is where the heart is." Her heart was always with her family, her garden, and her kitchen, where she stirred magic into every dish she cooked. 

Stella was a loving homemaker, a job she cherished for all its simplicity and significance. Every corner of her home in Athol, Massachusetts echoed with her love and the laughter she shared with her children and grandchildren. Her home was her castle, her garden, her kingdom. The love she had for her family was extended to her garden, resulting in a vibrant sanctuary admired by all. She is survived by her children Howard, Mark, William, Mary, Sheila, and Donna, who will continue to keep her memory alive. 

"May the road rise to meet you, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face, the rains fall soft upon your fields and, until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand." Stella's life was a testament to this blessing, and we are grateful for the time we spent with her. 

There will be a visitation for Stella on Friday, 21 Jun 2024 at 10:30am at Fiske-Murphy & Mack Funeral Home,110 New Athol Rd., Orange, MA followed by an in-house funeral service at 11:00am. She will be laid to rest at the Silver Lake Cemetery following the funeral.
