Sylvia S. (Cheetham) Bukowski

ATHOL - Sylvia S. (Cheetham) Bukowski, age 82, of Athol died Sunday, May 31, 2015 at home in Athol.   Mrs. Bukowski was born May 29, 1933 in Worcester, the daughter of the late Donald B. and the late Olive O. (Newton) Cheetham.   Sylvia grew up in Athol, later moving to Ramsey, New Jersey where she lived for many years, returning to Athol in 1976. Sylvia worked as a real estate agent and for the Building Department for the Town of Athol.  She was the Board of Health Agent in the Town of Athol for many years.  She later worked for KRH Rolls as a secretary until her retirement. She was a former member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, she loved working on all of her homes doing all types of home decorating, and especially loved her pets she had many dogs and birds. She is survived by one daughter, Lisa Superchi and her husband Dan of Athol; three sons, Jack F. Bukowski and his wife Charlotte of Marlborough, MA, William Bukowski and his wife Dorreen of Antrim, NH, Ted Bukowski and his wife Paula of Norton, MA; ten grandchildren, Nicholas,  Michael, William, Eric, Lauren, Christopher, Matthew, Robbie, Daniel II, Owen and one great grandson, James. She was predeceased by her brother, Donald Cheetham II and by her sister, Naomi Cheetham. Funeral services and burial will be private.  There are no calling hours.
