LEOMINSTER- Theodore Joseph Thebeau, 66, of Leominster, died Wednesday, June 22, in his home, after an illness.
Mr. Thebeau was born March 22, 1950, son of the late Joseph and Delphine (Richard) Thebeau. He moved to Connecticut in 1970, settling in Leominster for the past 45 years. He was a faithful member of St. Cecilia’s Parish. Mr. Thebeau was an extremely hard worker as a self-employed carpenter for over 40 years. He was a loving father and husband that adored his sons and wife. His regular visits to Terry’s Place and Lovin Donuts will be missed as well as his love of people, laughter and music.
He leaves his wife of 42 years, Jeannette M. (LeBlanc) Thebeau; three sons, Roger, Bobby, and Ricky Thebeau, all of Leominster; two grandchildren, Rylie and Gabrielle Thebeau; six brothers, Hubert Thebeau and his wife, Yvonne of Alberta, Canada, Emile Thebeau and his wife, Andrea of CT, Robert Thebeau and his wife, Lynn of Toronto, Delphin Thebeau and his wife, Irma of Moncton, NB, Armand Thebeau and his wife, Elianne of Alberta, and Josephat Thebeau and his wife, Robin of Toronto; two sisters, Marie Louise Richard and her husband, Alyre of St. Ignace, Canada, and Noella Guimond and her husband, Telex of St. Ignace, Canada; many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by four siblings, Melina Marcoux Roy, Elzear Thebeau, Pierre Thebeau, and Patricia Thibodeau.
The Funeral Mass will be held Monday, June 27, at 10:00 A.M. in St. Cecilia’s Church, 180 Mechanic St., Leominster. Burial will be private.
Calling hours are Sunday, June 26, from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. in Simard Funeral Home, 14 Walker St., Leominster.
