Theresa A. (Goulet) Corbin

FLORIDA - Theresa A. (Goulet) Corbin, formerly of Athol, died in her home on May 30, 2017. She was born in Fall River, MA on September 9, 1945, the daughter of the late Paul & Rose (Plourde) Goulet. She moved to Athol at the age of 7 and went on to graduate from Athol High School with the Class of 1963. She went to Hahnemann Nursing School in Worcester, graduating in 1966. While in nursing school, she worked weekends at AMH under the mentorship of Ann O’Brien. She started her career as a pediatric nurse and an ER nurse. She worked at St. Francis Hospital on Miami Beach and she retired as a nursing supervisor at Miami Heart. She leaves her son: Mark Corbin and his wife Kathy and granddaughter Amanda of Florida, her sister Marguerite Goulet of Athol; many cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady Immaculate Church. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery in Fall River will be held Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 12:00 Noon.
