LEOMINSTER- Theresa Marie (Pepin) Boudreau, 89, of Leominster, died Sunday, April 26, in the Highlands, after an illness.
She was born May 16, 1925, in Berlin, New Hampshire, daughter of the late Honore and Alphonsine (Veilleux) Pepin and attended Berlin schools. During World War II, Mrs. Boudreau worked for Pratt Whitney in East Hartford, CT. She also worked for R & M Manufacturing, Dunkin Donuts, and was a waitress at the Franco American Club in Leominster for many years. She was a member of St. Cecilia’s Parish for over 50 years and more recently was a member of Holy Family of Nazareth Parish. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Franco American Club, serving as Jr. Vice President. She was an avid movie goer and also enjoyed sewing for her friends.
Her husband of 48 years, Frank “Blackie†Boudreau, died October 20, 1999.
She leaves her three children, Paulette Turmel and her husband, Leo of Berlin, NH, Gene Boudreau and his wife, Beatrice of Auburn, and Susan Crotty and her husband, Mark of Leominster; nine grandchildren, Scott Turmel and his wife, Kelly, Danny Turmel and his wife, Leslie, Kevin Boudreau, Steven Boudreau and his wife, Dawn, Peter Boudreau and his wife, Ashley, Jill Keenan and her husband, Ryan, Michael Crotty and his wife, Julie, Jacquelyn Beaulac and her husband, Cory, and Noah Crotty; many great grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Thursday, April 30, from Simard Funeral Home, 14 Walker St., Leominster, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 A.M. in Holy Family of Nazareth Church, 750 Union St., Leominster. Burial will follow in Saint Cecilia’s Cemetery.
Calling hours are Wednesday, April 29, from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
