HUBBARDSTON - Tina Marie Bellofatto, 48 of Hubbardston, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 in the Bay State Medical Center, Springfield.
She was born in Gardner on July 24, 1969, the daughter of William Raines Bellofatto, Jr. and Madeline M. (Lessard) Bellofatto.
Tina grew up in Hubbardston and graduated from Quabbin Regional High School with the class of 1987. She received her Associates Degree in Broadcasting and Telecommunications from Mount Wachusett Community College.
Tina served in the U.S. Army at Fort Campbell Kentucky from 1996-1999 conducting line of duty investigations.and then served in the National Guard from 1999-2004, she was honorable discharged as a Sergeant in 2004.
She worked as a Production Control Specialists at Alpha Wire in Fitchburg and as an Assistant in Admissions at the Devereux School. She enjoyed kayaking and hiking.
She leaves her mother; Madeline Bellofatto of Hubbardston; two sisters, Susan Berthiaume of Hubbardston; Paula Bolger and her husband Brent of Barre; three brothers, Michael Bellofatto of Springfield, Peter Bellofatto and his wife Robynn of Hubbardston, Anthony Bellofatto and his wife Marie of Sturbridge; several nieces and nephews and her close friends, John McWilliams and Cherly Vigliotta.
She was predeceased by her father, William R. Bellofatto, Jr. and by her twin brother, John Bellofatto.
Funeral services will be held at Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 12:00 pm in the Lamoureux-Smith & Poliks Funeral Home, 105 Central St., Gardner. Burial will be private at a later date.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, April 21, 2018 from 10 am -12 pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
