Victoria I. Sabolefski

BALDWINVILLE - Victoria I. (Kowalczyk) Sabolefski, 86, of Baldwinville, died Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Leo LaChance Nursing Home, Gardner. She was born in Passaic, NJ, on November 30, 1921, the daughter of the late John and the late Anna (Wojcik) Kowalczyk. She was the clerk and co-owner of the Country Store in Templeton before retiring in 1987. In her later years she enjoyed crocheting and crafts. She leaves one son, Bob Sabolefski and his wife Barbara of Templeton; three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Walter Sabolefski in 1999; and by her son, Walter Sabolefski Jr. in 1966; and by her three brothers, Walter Kowalczyk, John Kowalczyk Jr., and Stanley Kowalczyk. A Mass will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Vincent De Paul Church, 1 Forest St., Baldwinville. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in her memory to Templeton Lions Club, P.O. Box 181, Templeton, MA 01468-0181.
