GARDNER- William G. “Soupy” Campbell, 70, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022 at his home. Born in Templeton on July 8, 1951, son of the late William H. and Virginia (Nadeau) Campbell. He worked in the Cemetery Maintenance Department for the City of Gardner. He enjoyed hiking and fishing. He was very social being around people. He was a member of Fraternal Order of Eagles 747 in Gardner. A “Soupy” story could make your day and put a smile on your face. He is survived by a cousin, Bernadette Best of Rochester, NY; and his two best friends, Marc Morgan and Jay D. LaRoche. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 3, 2022 from 6-8 at Mack Family Funeral Home, 105 Central Street, Gardner. A service will be held during calling hours at 7:45 by the Eagles.
