Yvanna M Leger

GARDNER- Yvanna M. (Belletete) Leger, 98, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. She was born in Jaffrey, New Hampshire on March 5, 1922, daughter of the late Emilienne (Charland) and Louis E. Belletete. She was a 1943 graduate of Fitchburg High School and a 1946 graduate of Heywood Nursing Training. She worked as a registered nurse for Heywood Wakefield Company for many years. Yvanna is survived by a daughter in law, Cynthia A. Leger of Ashburnham; a brother Maurice Belletete of Athol; a sister Marguerite Miille of Leominster; two grandchildren Adam and Andrew; and four great grandchildren, Noah, Amethyst, Kyler and Aurora. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Leo J. Leger; a son Lawrence Leger; three brothers, Lionel, Paul, and Albert; and one sister, Cecile Carrier. A memorial mass will be held in the spring at St. Denis Church in Ashburnham. Followed by a burial at New Cemetery in Ashburnham.
